We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we are committed to ensuring a smooth return or exchange process. This policy outlines our guidelines for refunds, returns, and exchanges.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving their order. To be eligible, the watch must be:
- In its original condition, unworn, and free from any damage.
- Returned in its original packaging, including all tags, certificates, and accessories.
- Accompanied by the original proof of purchase or receipt.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom-made or personalized watches.
- Watches that have been resized, engraved, or altered in any way.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If the item was purchased using a gift card or store credit, the refund will be processed as store credit.
4. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange a watch for a different model, color, or size, please contact us within 30 days. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired watch is unavailable, we will issue store credit for future purchases.
5. Return Shipping Instructions
To initiate a return or exchange, please email info@quantumcorepc.com with your order details. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped. We recommend using insured and trackable shipping to ensure safe delivery.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged watch, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.
